Airplane Room

The most affordable private bedroom in the house, and the one people remember, thanks to its aviation-themed mural. You share the upstairs full bathroom with the residents of the Tree and Northwest rooms, and a second full bathroom is in the basement.

Rent is all-inclusive: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash and fiber internet are covered, with no utility bills to split, and your rent stays the same for the length of your lease. Your individual lease includes this unfurnished bedroom, shared use of the kitchen, laundry, living areas and yard, and driveway or street parking.
