Tree Room

A private bedroom at the back of the house, away from street noise. The window looks out on a mature tree that catches the morning light. You share the upstairs full bathroom with the residents of the Northwest and Airplane rooms, and a second full bathroom is in the basement.

Rent is all-inclusive: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash and fiber internet are covered, with no utility bills to split, and your rent stays the same for the length of your lease. Your individual lease includes this unfurnished bedroom, shared use of the kitchen, laundry, living areas and yard, and driveway or street parking.
